Individual Therapy (50-60 min)     $130/session

Individual therapy starts with an intake and assessment of why you're coming in for treatment and how I can help. I begin by having my clients fill out a brief intake questionnaire and then we talk about what has brought you in for treatment at this time. Full assessments can take 1-2 sessions, during which time we get to know each other and what our main goals will be working together. I encourage clients to come in weekly or bi-weekly at the beginning of treatment to see best results.

Couples Therapy (50-60 min)        $160/session

Couples therapy can be more complex, as the goal is to bring two people together to communicate in the same emotional language and be on the same page. I meet with the couple together first, and then with each party individually, to get more personal background. We will then decide together on the course of treatment and how often sessions are required. I usually offer some book recommendations that couples can read, or exercises to try in between sessions, to facilitate growth and communication.

Consultations:

I am happy to offer a free 20 minute phone consultation, or if you'd like to meet in person or virtually before committing to a full session I offer 30-40 min consultations for $75.

 Insurance:

I am in network with United Healthcare/Optum and Quest Behavioral Health. If you have another type of insurance but want to see me, I am happy to provide monthly receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. You should check with your insurance company to see if they offer this benefit.
